Very well located, comfortable and well appointed. Great restaurant downstairs serving organic food and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

Nice and courteous staff from the Manager to the restaurant servers and the facilities provided were good! That hotel was in a marvellous location, in a semi-quiet neighborhood. Besides, it was really close to Church and lakeside, Luzern train station, tourist attractions, restaurants and shops and the center of Lucerne.

Noise disturbances from outside!!! Limited breakfast options for specific diets!!! Inconvenient room layouts could confuse guests navigating through the quirky building design!!!

The Hofgarten is nicely situated about a ten minute walk from the railway station and the riverside restaurants.The room was large and comfortable,whilst also being modern in design.All the staff were friendly and helpful.It was a little expensive but then so is Lucerne

Positive, Great central location. Breakfast was excellent, with customizable options. The room had its own character and was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and gave useful tips about getting around. I loved the kitchen setup in my room, too 😊

The hotel offers a beautiful traditional Swiss atmosphere, and the staff is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is decent, although the options are somewhat limited. It's worth noting that carrying luggage involves a few stairs despite the elevator, which just goes to one floor.

The staff was wonderful and accomodating. Rooms were comfy.

Windows must be closed to keep from hearing church bells at night, which made for stuffy rooms if it was too warm.

Funky hotel with lovely presented rooms. Restaurant was excellent for dinner. Breakfast was good. Perfect location, quiet but close to city. Valet parking was a bonus. Would recommend.

It was just a fine choice for a short weekend trip in Lucerne with great value. The breakfast on the patio was a real treat, especially in the morning sun. Make sure to ask about the cooler air flow options if it gets too hot.

Excellent location to the city and Lake activities all within walking distance. Room was large with great windows for light, desk, sofa and chair. Elevator. Exellent restaurant on site and breakfast was lovely in a small outside courtyard/garden. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay here and would still consider staying here again. Came in Lucerne to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was cozy base for doing it. The breakfast was inclusive with cheeses, bacon eggs and also nuts and extremely helpful staff.
